One day, a newly married man came home drunk after clubbing and staying out late with his friends.

His wife was so angry, she screamed at him, "I didn't sign up for this. If this happens again you won't hear from me."

He thought she was joking, so, smiling, he staggered to bed that night.

The next day he repeated the same thing. He came home drunk again from clubbing with his friends

"What did I tell you last night?" The wife asked shocked and angry

He laughed and said, "Well, (hic) you said I wouldn't hear (hic) from you if I drink again."

"You thought I was joking right?" The wife asked

"I believe you." He belched and staggered around

"If you come back home drunk one more time, I promise you, you wouldn't hear from me for a few days."

Even in his drunken state he was excited at the possibility of his wife leaving for a few days so he can enjoy himself alone, and in peace. Drinking and clubbing as he likes.

The next day, he went out again and intentionally got drunk and came back late.

As soon as he entered, he met his wife standing and waiting for him in the sitting room holding something, then, like lightning, it happened

The first day passed, nothing, he didn't hear anything. The second day passed as well and still nothing.

On the third day, the injury in his ear where his wife slapped, punched and hit him with her spatula started healing, so he could hear her gradually again.

"Can you hear me now?" The wife asked with a smirk.

He gently touched the bandaged ear with his hands while he stared at his wife then she continued.

"If you come back home drunk again, apart from not hearing me, you won't also see me for a few days."

That was the end of his drinking and clubbing habit.

STORY 1 JUDGING OTHERS

Once a little girl sitting at chair and she was holding two apples🍏🍎 in her hands.

Her mother came to her and softly asked her, “Sweety,☺️ could you give your mom one apple?”🍏

Girl looked 👀at her mom for a second and then she suddenly took a bite on one apple 🍏and just after that quickly she took a bite of another apple 🍎also which she was holding in another hand.

Seeing this mother felt sad.😥 She kept smiling as she didn’t want to reveal her disappointment.😔

Then after a min little girl handed one of apples toward her mother and said, “Mom, Take his one.🥰 This is the sweeter one.”🥺🤝❤️

Suddenly mother realized her mistake of quickly judging the act of little girl wrong way.😭💔

She wakes up by 4am, gives you s*x, You sleep back, she will move straight to the kitchen. She would join morning devotion by 5:30am, start preparing kids by 6:00am, serve everybody food by 7am, take the kids to school and move to her office by 7:30am, go for school runs by 2pm. She would come back to the house by 5-6pm, start washing of clothes and cooking dinner by 6pm. Serve dinner by 7:30pm, start home work for kids by 8-9pm, Shower and meet you the husband in the room by 9:30pm, discuss with you and catch fun so that you will be in the mood for s*x. And you the husband with your big head will sleep like a king, She will get up to check on the children if they are sleeping well, off the light, Start praying for you and the family by 12am -1am.. Sleep a little and wake up again by 4am to start all over again.

It's you who bleed blood every month with severe pains and crams. Even in those pains, you still have to put things together for a normal day. The cooking, washing, etc. It's you who carry another human inside you for 9months. The inconvenience, the discomfort, the sacrifice, and carefulness. You sacrifice what makes you happy just to keep another life healthy. When it's time to deliver, your life is on the line. It's a 50/50 chance for you. You may live and you may die. But being the life-giver you are, you will choose the life of a new stranger over yours. Even the process is not favorable to you. Either the pains of childbirth or surgery. After it all, you still carry yourself up and continue life activities with bandage and pains. But what is miraculous about this all is the smile you put on your face while facing all this.

SHORT HORROR STORY

One night, a female student was riding in a jeepney. She was the only passenger at that time. She noticed that the driver suddenly took a different road, this road was not going to where she was going. She asked the driver. "Man, this is not the way to my dorm!" After five minutes, the driver returned the jeep to the real way to her dorm. When they arrived, the woman got off. The driver told her ”When you enter to your house, take off your clothes immediately and if possible burn them. I changed the route because I looked in the mirror earlier, you don't have a head.

Years ago, I was sleeping on my bed one cold rainy evening in my one-room apartment when I heard a soft knock on my door.

It was like a child knocking on my door. The knock wasn't a fast one. It was an unusual one. I listened to know who amongst my neighbours was knocking, but that knock didn't sound again.

It only sounded thrice.

I stood up.

And walked to the door.

"Who is there?" I asked.

There was no reply.

I opened the door and looked outside.

Just opposite my house, I saw the spirit of my neighbour's child standing outside in front of his door. I kept wondering why his spirit was separated from his body. This baby was just 5 years old. While I was still trying to figure it all out, the door to his house swung open.

The boy beckoned on me to follow him inside.

Silently I walked into the room.

His father was in the parlour still fast asleep. I tried drawing his attention, by calling his name twice, but he didn't wake up. It wasn't normal.

I tapped his leg, but there was no movement.

I followed the boy to the bedroom. There I saw his mother also sleeping deeply.

I tapped her feet. She didn't respond.

Beside her was the body of the child.

He pointed to his body and asked me to turn it around so the body could face the ceiling.

I turned him around. I watched the spirit of this child, enter into his body.

He woke up. And walked back to the door. I followed him. He pointed outside asking me to leave.

As I walked out, the door closed...

I realized that when a spirit leaves a body, and the body is eventually changed, turned, or rearranged, that spirit may likely not be able to gain entrance into the body again and as such may be proclaimed dead.

I am sure you want to know what happened next between the boy and me.

I heard a knock on the door it was 2am when I checked the time .
My bro was in his room sleeping I was sure of that.
We had even eaten together that night before going to bed.
I checked my phone and saw 20 missed calls from my mom , 30 missed calls from my sister .
The knock continued this time it was harder and louder and I quickly stood up.

" Junior " I called my bro but he didn't respond I knocked at his door still no response from him .
So I decided to go check who was at the door.
Maybe it was something urgent that needed to be attended to;
I quickly went to open the door and behold it was my brother right before me . He was floating I couldn't see his legs.
Then who was I with last night ? Did my brother die ?
That was the last thing I remembered. 😁😁😁😁

I saw other people there who were crying and while I saw some who were watching something. I really didn't understand the emotions I was getting from each corner's of the building so I asked questions.

"Please what us happening here?", I asked.

"This building is for the GREEN individuals, this place helps you to see the other side of life which is earth. I brought you here so you could see what your wife and your family are up to since your died", the man in BLUE replied.

"Okay that sounds nice, but when do I get to go back? I need to get back to my family", I asked curiously.

"You will Ike, but you have to know the reason why you should be given a second chance to life", he replied.

I gave a swift nod and we moved to a room which was empty at that time but in a twinkle of an eye it was empty anymore it was Filled with lots of files in shelf's and video recordings of me and all the life I have lived.

The man turned to me and smiled "are you ready Ike?", He asked.

"Yes", I replied swiftly, I needed to go home but I never knew I wasn't going home I was going to see something that will break my heart.

The man in BLUE stretched out his hands and i held hime and we both landed on earth, right in my bedroom.

I saw my wife Kosi in bed with my best friend Kelly being romantic with their naked bodies jamming together as they kissed.

I screamed out loud rushing to them to stop but they couldn't hear me or see me, I was infact invisible. I cried out, I looked at the man in BLUE who was staring at me helplessly.

"Please do something, why am I invisible to them?", I asked crying.

"Because it's not the right time to come back, I want you to see all that has been happening. I want you to see who loves an who has been pretending, since you where alive you never knew your wife was this Vail or your best friend was this cruel. Now you know, let's stick a little longer", the man revealed.

Just as I tried to settle down in the town, a man in BLUE walked up to me. In this town people where four different colors, people who wear WHITE are known to never have second chance to life, they are blessed to remain dièd and enjoy paradise.

The ones who wear BLUE are known to be the great messengers, they can help you deliver messages to your loved ones or friends. They are best known to have lived a good life on earth, a life without doing evil to others.

The ones who wear green are known to be given a second chance to life. Some of them are roaming around this town but their bodies are on earth, either coma or in the mortuary. Regardless of where their bodies are they are granted second chance to live again, change their old ways and make amends with the people they hurt.

The ones who wear black are known to have lived a very bad life without repentance. They chose the wrong side of life and they are continue to suffer in the dark abyss for the wrong they did to others on earth.

I was just sitting calmly when a man in BLUE approached me, I thought he wanted to take me somewhere but we just at and talked.

"What do think about yourself now that you are here?", The man in BLUE asked.

"I don't know, I don't even understand this place", I replied.

"This is the home of souls, every soul lives here. For many decades soul have lived here, but Ike your soul is troubled and it doesn't belong here", the man said.

I was shocked of how he knew my name, and his right my soul was troubled. I was putting on green which means I can get a second chance to live a happy life.

"Yes my soul is troubled, I miss my family and my wife", I replied.

"You miss your wife? The same wife that killed you?", He asked as his voice thundered.

"Yes I do, I think she didn't do it intentionally", I replied.

"Hmm okay then follow me", the man said, I stood up and followed him to a clean building which was just a stone throwaway.

The day I dîed
Episode 1 & 2

The day I dîed my spirit left my body, my spirit began to roam around an unknown town. In this town everyone is good as dièd, they have a market, mall, beautiful house's and even get married. Its called where the dead lies, unknown to me I never knew I was dèad.

The only thing I remembered before I dièd was my lovely wife Kosi serving my favorite meal, afang soup with cow meat and fufu. We where discussing about how I will send money over to her family to the house built newly for them.

Well eating and discussing with my wife I began to hold on to my chest and cry out for help but my wife just sat on the chair with a smile on her face watching me diè.

I love my wife so much, right from the day I came to the village that Christmas day to inspect my newly built hotel. Kosi was strolling die the road with her friends, her beauty captured my eyes and heart, the way she talked made me believe she was really exposed then her village friends.

Since then I vowed to make her my wife, I got to know kosi and made sure our relationship was soild. Her family liked me, each time I came to visit I made sure I bought lots of goodies for them.

My family never like kosi, they never wanted someone from a poor background stain their legacy. They tried to stop me from getting married to Kosi, but I objected. I loved kosi so much and I never wanted anything to stop the relationship we have.

I made kosi my wife anyway and we have been happily married for 3 years, so I thought. Kosi told me she wasn't ready to have kids, she wanted me to give her more time, I agreed.

I wouldn't force the woman I loved to something she isn't ready for. The thought or remembrance of my wife Kosi killîng me was the hardest thing to Believe.

Hubby has been the one buying my cream for as long as I remember. It’s always on the grocery list.

He came back one time and told me that the cream had become too expensive and he thinks it’s time I find an alternative or start using baby cream.🤣🤣🤣

He went again, came back and told me that the thing has added more money. I commot ear go one side.

The last shopping, he came back and didn’t buy it. I asked him and he said he didn’t find it. I told him na lie. You purposely didn’t buy it because of price.

He said no but said he’ll buy it if he sees it. I asked him how much he bought the last one and he said 18k but he’s sure it must have changed.

I told him he purposely didn’t buy it. He talk from now till tomorrow, I no gree. I told him not to even bother that I’ll buy it myself.

He told me “ah. Thank you.”

I left ooh.

I now saw my cream at one shop like that. I looked at the price tag and saw 28,500. I moved back and looked from afar. Same price. I came closer, same price.

I left. How can a married woman like me be suffocating like this when my man mount for house?

When I got home, I went to him.

Me: That my cream is still finished ooh.

Hubby: Which one is that it’s still finished? You’re not buying again?

Me: Did I say I’ll buy it?

Hubby: Yes ooh. You said you’ll take over from now henceforth.

Me: I must have said that out of emotions. You know women are very emotional and you can’t take what I said then serious. Please continue to buy it.

Hubby: The price don shock you. No dey lie. You for don buy am.

Me: Even if I saw it, I wouldn’t want to buy so I don’t buy fake. You’ve been the one buying it so, you know the good quality.

Things We Do When I Was Younger 👶😂🙆

I'd put my arms in my shirt 👕 and told people I lost my arms 💪

• Would restart the video game whenever I knew I was going to lose❎🚫

• Had that one pen with four colors, and tried to push all the buttons at once😔

• Waited behind a door 🚪 to scare someone, then leaving because they're taking too long to come out 🚶 .

• Faked being asleep, so I couldbe carried to bed🏠

• Used to think that the moon🌚followed our car🚗

• Tried to balance the switch between On/ Off💢.

• Watching two drops of rain roll down window 💦 pretending it was a race 🏁 .

• The only thing i had to take care of was a school bag 👝 .

• Swallowed a fruit seed I was scared to death that a tree 🎄 was going to grow in my tummy.

• Closed the fridge extremely slowly to see when the lights went off😜👀.

• Walked into a room,. forgot what you needed😕, Walked out,and then remember😮.

This is one of the most heartbreaking pictures I have seen online today.

The woman here is the mother of the just buried Akwa Ibom makeup artist who d!ed in the same boat with Jnr Pope yesterday.

This girl was the backbone of her family, especially the parents.

I can imagine how this woman is dealing with this reality staring at her face.

This is hurting to view.

According to Moses Eskor, she was buried at the river side tonight as the family couldn't afford the cost of the sacrifice and ambulance to bring her home.

Dah, I didn't know her personally, but I'm touched.
May God comfort her parents.
