Have you or someone you love been personally victimized by the #110 of Ramirez? Maybe you’re a grid worker he almost hit when he left the grid without permission? Are you the splitter he ignored and drove past at high speed? Maybe you’re a car that was scrubbing tires while he passed the field under yellow assuming he was allowed to get his spot back after missing release from grid? Or were you a corner work waving a black flag it him for 3 laps before he finally broke tunnel vision and decided to come in. Either way, the SCCA has some explaining to do after allowing a driver to continue to race that same weekend after pulling a stunt like that, Because in the next race he takes out the leader like a stone cold assassin. When will the SCCA and NASA start to take contact and unsafe actions seriously? If you have video of Ramirez passing you under the pace car, please send it our way!

BREAKING NEWS : New Tire and Wheel Rules!

Hoosier and Toyo have been bought out of their contracts for SM tires. We would like to welcome on board Landsail Tires for the 2023 season. The LS388 in 195/45/15 looks to be the best tire SM has ever used. This coupled with the new requirement for 0 offset, 15x9 wheels will make the field look absolutely STEEZY for the 2023 Runoffs.

HOT OFF THE PRESS!

Ride along with Matt Van Vurst in LarryVille (somewhere in 25th position or so), in Race 2 of the homestead Majors. Greg Sorg (blue/ yellow car), who exited the course several times in the same race before this video, decided to stack some s**t up before the long hall back to Illinois! What’s better than sending it in deep from the Everglades? Well, sending it in, and then clearing out the competition on the straightaway just after. You love to see it.

Unfortunately, since Sorg ended up finishing 34th, he just missed the cut off to be selected to participate in an F1 test later this year. Shame. Maybe next time?

Bonus: Turn that volume up after the wreck, and hear what VanVurst has to say about his competitor, you don’t wanna f**kitty fu**in miss it!

We are checking in live at the first SCCA Majors race of the 2022 season, underneath the infected toenail of America: Homestead-Miami.

ANDREW VON CHARBONNEAU! The former SM National Champ is back in form, absolutely destroying the field in qualifying. He drove straight to the media tent after the session to collect his Pole award and give an interview, before he was chased by a steward on pit lane, who disqualified him. By the time the 85 year old steward caught up to Charbonneau, he forgot what Charbonneau did to deserve a disqualification. With Charbonneau’s memory on a massive decline as well, due to booze and CTE, both of them had no memory of what Charbonneau did on that blistering lap.

Preston Pardus, who was currently P11 on the provisional times, was quick to appeal the results. He reminded the official that Charbonneau had intentionally blown Turn 1, cutting the infield, and re-entered the track at Turn 8. Before the official disqualification was communicated to timing and scoring, Pardus had already updated his Wikipedia page, with another Top 10 qualifying result.

Well we’ve all heard that the holidays are “cuffing season”, when you want to cuddle up by the fire with someone you love and enjoy the winter weather. Combine that with the SM power couples you see around the track like Amy and Whit or Tom and Tracy and you’ve got a recipe for desperation.

This years Turkey Trot was the site of the latest attempt at filming of a Hallmark holiday movie, starring Alex “The self proclaimed people’s champ?” Mac and Jillian Fichter.

So what’s the plot of this film? Well Alex arrives at the track and slaps on a window banner asking to meet Jillian “not by accident.” Jillian swoons at the sight and immediately falls for our protagonist and they bump draft off into the sunset. Sounds like an instant classic right??

Well maybe in the script. In practice, it ends quite differently. Poor Alex ends up getting rejected on the grid of qualifying, removes the banner before race 1, and goes home to sit by the fire side all alone. But he shot his shot right?? Guess that makes him “The People’s Chump” this holiday season. Better luck next time.

Sometimes you can find drama without having help from any other cars. The Mullet himself lost a left rear hub in the middle of turn 16 at Sebring. Luckily Amy Mills, a Team Mullet driver, had her 360 video rolling directly in front. Can't wait to see that view.

Well the real competition you all cared about is official. This had more drama than this year's tech shed and we had to make some compromises. In the end, stayed way too sober on Thursday night for to compete with. Congrats to for winning the first ever Spec Miata Championship Fantasy Draft. Thanks for everyone who participated and put our decals on your cars. It was awesome to see the pictures from around the paddock. Nick's punishment will be posted this weekend and you will not be disappointed.
