Sometimes you have to recognize when it’s time to step out of the way of those you’re helping develop, failure sometimes is the only teacher.
Be there to love on them when they turn back!
It’s not always them being rebellious but more so eager to FLY! Have patience and grace to restore them when they deal with the failure!
