8 years ago, my lack of openness to an upcoming "trend" almost cost me everything I have today.
At the time, I was a kick-ass 1on1 Personal Trainer at Anytime Fitness. I remember I had a client leave me for this new fad; F45 (group fitness) Training.
I thought this whole concept was ridiculous. There was no way group fitness could be as effective as 1 on 1 training. Just another greedy, money grab that wouldn't be around for long.
Or so I thought until I did an F45 class with a fellow Personal Trainer who opened her own studio.
I was not only destroyed by this workout at a time in my life I was fitter than I'd ever been, I was completely converted.
Within the year I opened my own F45 studio and because of that decision I have almost everything I have today (a new bubba, time freedom to spend with family & my dream home).
And ever since I've made a commitment to be the type of person who has an open mind and tries new things to make up my mind from my own experience.
I owe all my success to this.
Since, I've looked into an array of things which I wouldn't otherwise have tried which have all been great; crossfit intermittent fasting, electric cars, chat GPT...
