The Maze Runner IMAX GIF

The third and final film in the popular Maze Runner series, ends with a bang as the entirety of Maze Runner: The Death Cure will be specially formatted in IMAX! This means that Fox and Director Wes Ball designed the movie particularly to show it in IMAX and fill more of the screen at an expanded IMAX 1.9:1 aspect ratio, providing fans with 26% more of the image than in standard theatres. WATCH: Inventor inspired by Despicable Me creates a snack slin...

To celebrate the launch of Despicable Me 3 in cinemas (30th June), Vue has partnered with self-professed ‘Imagination Explorer’ Dominic Wilcox to think up some super fun inventions that would make trips to the cinema even better than they already are. Taking inspiration from the film, gadgets include the Munch Muffler that quietens noisy eaters, Emergency Hands to cover your eyes during scary moments and a Popcorn Slider - that we’ve actually brought to life as a prototype - which shoots your snacks in front of you at the press of a button.

Fox host an exclusive War for the Planet of the Apes Q&A panel...

Ahead of the release of the hotly anticipated War for the Planet of the Apes, Twentieth Century Fox hosted an exclusive footage screening of the movie, showcasing the first hour of the film, followed by a one-off Q&A panel event. The panel saw star Andy Serkis (who plays the central ape character Caesar in the trilogy of films), director Matt Reeves, Steve Zahn (new character Bad Ape) and special guests Lauren Brent (a primate behavioural ecologist) and Zanna Clay (a comparative psychologist specialising in great ape behaviour) discuss the themes raised within the film. A clip from the event can be found here in which Andy discusses his research into Ape behaviour and how he brought that to the role of Caesar:
