ials & Polymer Technology. Jean-Baptiste is expanding her expertise in the Biotechnology field, as she travels the United States as an Engineering Lead Consultant and Certified Quality Auditor, acquired from American Society of Quality, a globally recognized leader in quality and engineering. Currently, Santiana serves as an active member of Engineer Girl, a National Academy of Engineering (NAE) service platform designed to help promote diversity within the engineering workforce. From her humble beginnings, she uses a personable disposition to reach students from every background.
Ms. Jean-Baptiste is also an active Professional Member with organizations such as American Society for Quality (ASQ), Society of Women Engineers (SWE), National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE), and Regulatory Affairs Professionals (RAPs). Santiana’s strong foundation in faith, coupled with the exceptional, real life example of perseverance and strength, portrayed by her mother, has empowered her to continue to soar.
