Yellowjackets has made the year’s most exciting crash landing 👏

TV’s new favourite thriller brought the chill (and thrill) to fans at London’s South Bank, all thanks to Wavemaker’s Content team and Wavemaker UK.

The experiential experts from Wavemaker’s Content team were on-site with Paramount over the Bank Holiday weekend to activate a custom food truck, promoting season two of Paramount+'s hit TV show, Yellowjackets. In partnership with Minute Media, the team executed a fully branded food truck with a themed menu, with nods to characters and plot details from the show, such as ‘Natalie’s Catch Burgers’ and ‘Jackie’s Ear Pop Cakes’ 👂

The truck was activated alongside a Yellowjackets Cabin Experience and photo opp, executed by Wavemaker UK.

Bringing the wilderness (and pretty realistic ear-shaped treats) to the heart of London is no easy feat; congrats to all teams involved for putting together a positively provocative spectacle. Now, go stream Yellowjackets season two on Paramount+ 🎉

Turning tunes into cash for a good cause 🧡

Our Women at Wavemaker community hosted a fundraising event today to raise money for the people affected by the earthquakes in Turkey and Syria, one of the deadliest natural disasters in modern history.

4 million buildings damaged
16 million people affected

“We were all feeling heartbroken and hopeless when the devastating earthquakes hit Turkey. Then we decided, instead of feeling hopeless, we should join our platforms - Women at Wavemaker and My Analogue Journal, to host a listening session to raise the funds that are necessary for the people affected by this earthquake. The region needs our support. They need a roof over their heads more than anything.”
