👉 The stablecoin will always be backed 1-to-1 by an equivalent sum of assets — U.S. dollar deposits, U.S. government bonds, and cash equivalents — that the company holds in reserve, according to Ripple. You are building yourself today for an awesome 2025,2026,2027,2028...2030!

Storytime: I was once called by BPI for the coveted Officership Training program (OTP) wayback 2003. Di pa ko graduate, 2 months pa before ako mag marsta but they called na for me to apply.

I didnt get it. I pursued kasi my humble dreams. I became a Store Manager sa fast food with 10k a month as a salary. Sobrang masaya na ko nun.

Fast forward, after 9 months and a revalida, my supposed OTP batchmates became Asst. Bank Managers/Asst Managers sa BPI and other subsidiaries of Ayala with salary of 27k per month.

I felt napagiwanan ako. Worst, I became a call center agent ng 2005. They were all wearing kurbata, nice office clothes and earning a lot. Syempre, Ayala!

Nalungkot ako.. Sobrang na-down. Sa mga batch meet ups I felt naiwanan ako. Di naman ako different sa kanila. I graduated Top 3 of the entire 2003 batch sa PUP. I was Top 20 all over Pinas as a college student based on Top Rizal Students.. Pero bakit ako isang agent. Isang call center agent... worst yung building namin nasa Ayala. Gabi pasok ko. 10pm. Nagtyaga kahit Sunday may work sa 15k na sahod. Uwian ako ng Makati-Cavite. Sobrang nagtitipid ako para sa pangarap. Naalala ko naglalakad ako mg 2pm Linggo sa Ayala Ave dahil madaling araw ng Linggo pasok ko.

Little did I know that my exposure in the contact center will open massive opportunities for me.

I worked harder focus lang. Then I stopped comparing. Dun lang ako sa chapter ko. Sa sariling libro ko.Until yung mga taong hinahangaan ko dati at di ako pinapansin ay sya nang lumalapit. I got promoted. I became a Program Manager wayback 2007 with a salary of 65,000 a month.
Pinagigihan ko pa. 2008, I became a Senior Manager with a salary of P125,000 a month. and at 2009 the Youngest Director sa company at P250,000 a month.
Pinadala din ako ng kumpanya sa US, Canada at sa ibang lugar pa sa mundo para maging client manager nito.

📍2003-2013 was a decade of my maturity and foundation.
📍2014-2024 is a decade where I nurtured my trading skillset.

Doon ko Narealize that our current situation wont define who we are. Na laging panalo ang masipag. Na di matatalo ang taong may pangarap sa buhay. Oo may tinatawag na swerte pero di rin yan lalapit kung di mo ihahakbang ang mga paa mo diba. Di yan kalapit pag di ka magsisimula.

Feeling mo down ka today, pero hinahanda ka lang pala ng panahon mas maging successful!

-Yung paglalakad ko mag-isa sa Ayala, kainitan linggo ng hapon inaantok pauwi ng Cavite galing sa shift..is worth it.
-Yung pagkain ko ng sardinas at rice sa ministop kasi last day before sahod and I was making both ends meet is worth it. Mas naging masinop ako.
- yung pag-aaral ko sa gabi kahit umaga ang pasok is worth it. Those puyat made me successful today.

There are times na akala natin tayo na lang ang naiiwan, wala nang pag-asa.
