We just heard the tragic news from Diane Pershing (the voice of Poison Ivy). Kevin Conroy has passed away at the age of 66. He will forever be THE voice of Batman.

I have good news!
After thinking about it (a lot), I've decided to bring Saturday Morning Rewind back. I know, I know... I just announced a couple months ago that it was done. But something has just been missing in my life since ending it. I don't feel it was the right time to end it the way that I did. I think I just needed a breather... a little break.

But, starting this month... we'll be releasing some unreleased Saturday Morning Rewind interviews from the handful of convention panels that I've hosted. Then we'll release brand new interviews! I'm excited.

Also, I wanted to announce that we are branching off. Starting a brand new YouTube venture very much like Saturday Morning Rewind. Interviews, reviews, unboxings, and even documentaries.... all centered around the 80's and 90's. I can't wait to show you all the videos! I've been in pre-production mode for a handful of months now, and won't start recording until mid 2023... but it'll be worth the wait. It's going to be good.

Pat Carroll, the voice of Ursula, passed away today at the age of 95.

She was our 4th interview for Saturday Morning Rewind back in 2012. Such a sweetheart. She lived a good life.

We've decided to end the Saturday Morning Rewind Cartoon Podcast after 10 years.

It was an extremely difficult decision to make, but a necessary one. With little to no time to do new interviews, and limited funds... we thought we'd end it on a high. Some people have said our last two interviews have been some of our best, which I'm so grateful.

We plan on keeping our online audio presence on Podbean... so new listeners could enjoy our 200+ episodes. But new episodes will not be coming out.

I (Tim Nydell) created this show to relive my childhood and to honor my dad who passed away 10 years ago. And I've done that. If I helped anyone else relive their childhood along the way, I'm so happy that I accomplished that as well.
