Tak hilang,ada je ni remy pierce.Tak gi mana mana.😅

At 97kg,i started doing food delivery by cycling only.At 89kg,i stopped cycling as i bought an ebike and started to eat low carbs.Big breakfast,small dinner.At 82kg,i started lifting weights and muscle is starting to form.So where to start?Little carb,more veg and protein to make yourself full.No products,no bull.It is possible with no exercise.If you have questions,just comment.I will help guide you.Im still not done with my process btw so care to judge me and my unfinished body.😅
