The Word "Laboremus" originates comes from the Roman Emperor Septimius Severus who had every day to given a watchword to his troops,
and on the day on which

Septimius Severus died in York he gave last watchword "laboremus" In Latin which means "Let us do our work." Our current Rooster are:
