We are an arts based site created collectively by members of Habonim Dror North America, the progressive Labor Zionist youth movement (www.habonimdror.org). Art and creativity are essential in this mission. We’re educators but not academics. We strive to use and foster art and language as a social experience, to shape us and the world around us. Each work here is not a stepping stone in the empiri
cal search for truth, but extensions of ourselves as human beings. Though as movement members we’re spread out across the US and Canada, we hope that by sharing our lives—emotional, intellectual, spiritual— in this magazine we can inspire a generation of Jewish leaders to collectively build a better world.
