Tip #1: "Get the vibe right"
This is your #1 tip on a good shoot. The photographer sets the tone for the entire shoot, so starting out with a smile is KEY.

Tip #2 "Get the bag!"
Don't leave home without your camera, clean lens, cleaning cloth, and modifiers⁠.⁠

I can't tell you how many times photographers have shown up to a shoot without these essentials

Visionary Rising, Inc., founded 2016, is a full-service agency for creatives by creatives, with a focus on transitioning businesses and entrepreneurs to the next level. Our goal is simple: cultivate, innovate + elevate the ideas of today in order to build the brands of tomorrow. We bridge the gap between business + creativity, and brands + influencers by utilizing Exponential Reach strategies ranging from direct to consumer advertising, onsite installations, and digital campaigns that measure the long-term effectiveness of marketing efforts.

In 2017, the Visionary Rising team completed 157 projects working with brands like Afropunk, Blavity, MTV and ABC studios to grow their digital imprint; and ended the year with a nomination for Advertising Age's Standout Agency of the Year.

In 2018, Visionary Rising pivoted to focus on creative entrepreneurs and creative focused companies with the desire to reach a targeted demographic. Our mission to build the future of work for the creator class was born out of a desire to fully realize a world in which creators of color occupy more than 5% of decision-making positions in advertising, and to provide educational support for those wanting to seek a career in advertising.
