Psalm 23
“The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want.
He makes me lie down in green pastures.
He leads me beside still waters.
He restores my soul.
He leads me in paths of righteousness
for his name’s sake.
Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death,
I will fear no evil,
for you are with me;
your rod and your staff,
they comfort me.
You prepare a table before me
in the presence of my enemies;
you anoint my head with oil;
my cup overflows.
Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me

Some might think it’s smooth sailing after baptism. Spiritual warfare is so real. The enemy really tries to shake you. You go through trails that test you and your faith. When you think you have it all you might lose it all just as fast. When I was on a high being in a new position at work and recommitting myself to the Lord. I found myself still struggling and praying for pruning. Sometimes comfort is a crutch not something we should strive for. I got fired and I didn’t stress understanding it was an answered prayer I asked him to cleanse me of what no longer was serving me. I was using my job as an excuse not to pour into myself, my purpose and my family. He gave me the tools to navigate every endeavor I come across. A HUGE thanks to HIM! John15:7#ojalalovez
