I spend the first hour in zero brain tasks: writing emails, replying to emails, registering for events and other admin stuff. 🤭🥲💛 I need the first hour to get in the zone of working & the few hours after the first are my most productive hours! And then I also randomly get a boost of energy and concentration an hour after lunch. Very random. 🤭🤭 I was one of them but not anymore. I also realized that people really stop and give you all their attention when talking to you, while back home it was normal (at least for me) to continue doing whatever I was doing while talking to a friend & make eye contact with them with intervals in between & it wouldn't mean that I wasn't paying attention to their talk. 👯‍♀️ But that's not how it is here.
