From Wiki......
Passive income is a type of unearned income that is acquired with minimal labor to earn or maintain. It is often combined with another source of income, such as regular employment or a side job.[1] Passive income, as an acquired income, is taxable.

Examples of passive income include rental income and business activities in which the earner does not materially participate. Some jurisdictions' taxing authorities, such as the Internal Revenue Service in the United States, distinguish passive income from other forms of income, such as income from regular or contractual employment, and may tax it differently.

It can take a long period of work and accumulation before passive income can be acquired. Passive income can be a way of creating financial independence and early retirement, because the beneficiary will receive an income regardless of whether they are materially active in the activity creating the revenue.

Passive income is not always a lump sum payment, like an inheritance or proceeds from the sale of an asset such as a home or stock.[2] It can also come from a source that has a likely continuity over time but is not guaranteed.[a] Some passive incomes may last for several years, or even centuries, across generations. Examples of these longer term sources of passive income can include: property; dividends; debt; and other appreciating asset classes.

Generally speaking, high-income groups have more diversified sources of revenue leading to a higher probability to have access to hidden income,[3] and therefore passive income can also be a motivation for tax avoidance by transferring active income into the passive one.[4] The loophole has resulted in a large amount of "passive income" such as income from property transfer and property leasing, and even "earned income" such as income from non-regularly occurring labor remuneration, which to a large extent has not been taxed to the fullest extent. As a result, there is voice from the public that personal tax has been degraded to a "wage tax" aimed at exploited middle income working class.

Saw this today true
You look at your account and realize that you’ve crossed the billionaire mark, you’ve got all the money, but yet, there are things money can’t buy, and you want one of those things. 😊

There’s someone, somewhere, that can’t even boost of a penny in their account, wishing to be rich, but they have that one particular thing that the billionaire wants so badly, but can’t buy with money.

Life has made it so that humans will keep needing things, whether rich or poor, things they can afford and the ones they can’t. Things that money can buy and the ones money can not buy.

May the universe favor us all and grant our heart desires, sooner than we think. 🥰

I would rather rent a room or an apartment in an expensive area (urban community) to a village (rural community).

Because I have realized that in life, there is always a greater opportunity in areas where there are challenges than areas where there is none or few.

High cost of rent, high cost of utility bills and cost of food among others may be threatening you but if you could see beyond that it will a bounty of opportunities and life lessons throwing itself at you.

If you current job can't help you cater for all your basic needs, you will be forced to find another stream of incoming or multiple source to generate income for that...

Look at the good side, take advantage of the numerous skills and apprenticeships in towns as there is non in the rural areas. Some skills workshoos might even be free. Join one now.

Today, I celebrate the day I was exposed to this opportunity and how it helped shaped my life.

Whos for the motion ??
