Backline is a music blog with a primary aim to help listeners and musicians alike to discover their music – the stuff that makes them who they are. Down the road, we’d like to run live sessions, conduct band interviews, and be a recognizably reliable album review site. Thanks for all your support so far! The term ‘Backline’ refers to the equipment necessary for an artist and an audience to connect

at a show (amplifiers, mic stands, lighting kits, instruments, etc.). The term seemed fitting for what we aim to do: help listeners discover the music they were meant to hear, and help musicians get their music to the ears that were meant to hear it.
