So freaking excited to have this beauty on my turntable. I've been a huge fan for a lifetime, and have never been dissappointed to hear what the lads get up to in their spare time or post Na**lm. is one of many projects that has either been a part of or created from scratch and holy s**t it DOES NOT DISSAPPOINT. Hey freaks and weirdos, you liking to simplify your life, remove the clutter of your mind? Check out my buddy and read her post below:

I am a master overcomplicator.

An over-communicator.

A complexinator.

I notoriously make things more difficult for myself.

Often not seeing the obvious answer in front of me.

I find it difficult to simplify.

I believe this is a nervous system response.

I overcomplicate out of fear.

Fear of missing something.

Fear of being misunderstood.

Fear of not being enough.

Fear of not doing it "right".

Fear that if I don't do it "right" I won't get to whatever it is I'm trying to get to.

My overcomplicated nature comes from an alertness and from protection.

Put simply, Simple kinda scares me.

It's interesting to see it from that perspective.

That's why simple is not easy. Because simple is scary.

Here's the thing though...

Simple makes things easier. It makes things more approachable. It makes things much more easy to grasp and achieve.

When we simplify, we make things easier.

And chances are we enjoy the process a heck of a lot more.

And our nervous systems take a deep *sigh*

So...

How can you make your finances, your life and heck! Your Day more simple?

What can you do to simplify the process?

What are the bare bones essentials?

Simple is not the same as easy, but damn it sure makes things easier.
