Our Story

While the web was meant to broaden our horizons, the opposite has happened. Filter bubbles, a fragmented media landscape and the drive to personalization have all but insulated and polarized us.

The Perspective website is designed to open your mind by showing you what you‘re missing due to echo chambers and filter bubbles. The site displays two sides of current events, historic and classic debates, employing design and psychology to make it easier to consider ideas that are different from your own.

The Perspective won the 2017 WebAward in the News category and an Eppy Award for Best Innovation Project. In April 2018 it was announced that The Perspective is nominated for both the prestigious Webby and The Drum Award.
