Palomar College Film Club was formed in fall 2010 as a way for students to be able to discuss films and be able to produce short student films.
In fall 2011 Film Club went through a restructure adding a professional perspective. The purpose of film club is to support filmmakers, writers, actors, and film enthusiasts. Film is a highly sophisticated art form that demonstrates a wide spectrum of emotions and ideas. Through film club we will explore these facets, in doing so gain a higher appreciation for film and the impact film has on social changes.
