Representing the fifth letter 【E】 of Vender, we are deeply honored to invite Bryan of Employees Only Singapore, ranked 30th on the list of Asia’s Top 50 Bars in 2023, for a night of guest shift where they will showcase their unique cocktail artistry.


Bryan’s journey into the world of bartending began at the age of 18 as a server at a TGI Fridays establishment in The Philippines, where he discovered his passion for mixology. Through dedication and perseverance, he honed his skills and earned the opportunity to represent his country in numerous esteemed global flair competitions.

Relocating to Singapore in 2018, Bryan joined Employees Only Singapore, swiftly ascending from bar-back to Principal Bartender through his unwavering commitment and expertise. His profound love for the craft, coupled with his charismatic personality, has solidified his position as a standout figure within the venue.


The Singapore outpost of Employees Only opened in 2016 and there’s hardly been a dull night at this high energy cocktail bar ever since. Frequented by the city’s office crowd and bar industry alike, the team at Employees Only know how to get a party started. And they know how to end it too: with hearty cups of warm chicken soup handed out at closing time, to every guest, every night.

Bryan 在18歲時開始涉足調酒的世界，當時他在菲律賓的 TGI Fridays 餐廳擔任服務生，並在那裡發現了自己對調酒的熱情。通過奉獻和毅力，他磨練了自己的技能，並有機會代表國家參加許多享有盛譽的國際調酒比賽。

2018年搬到新加坡後，Bryan 加入了 Employees Only Singapore，從吧台助手升至首席調酒師。他對這門藝術的深愛，加上他迷人的個性，使他在場地內成為一個傑出的人物。


於2016年開業，此後這家充滿活力的雞尾酒吧幾乎每晚都熱鬧非凡。這裡是城市上班族和酒吧行業人士的常去之地，Employees Only 團隊知道如何開啟派對。而且他們也知道如何結束它：在結束營業時間時，向每位客人提供豐盛的暖雞湯。

Exactly 5 years ago, My career shifted to a whole new different phase. So much of opportunities went my way that I couldn’t even imagine. I just wanna take this opportunity to thank my friend/brother/mentor for picking me up and trusting me for whatever reason he saw from the time he met me at the park , while picking up those flair bottles like a regular flair yard day. It was fun. And this message is a reminder that treat everyone we meet with caring and respect as always! You’ll never know what they bring in to your life 🫶
