Deciding what to buy and when can be difficult as a beginner--there are just so, so many really good options.
A few things to consider:
1. You don't have to buy anything to start, but it can be easier to make some kind of investment to get information packaged in one place.
2. Consider buying products that are tailored to your digital marketing platform--so products about reels, for instance, if you're doing Instagram.
3. Try posting on your chosen platform for a bit and see what your problem areas are (for instance, I still, a year on, struggle with stories) and pick products that will first help you and second, appeal to your audience.
4. If you are buying a high ticket course, find a person who will mentor you, or at the very least answer questions. Also, find a person that you connect with, whose content speaks to you. Buying from a small account is awesome--you will likely get lots of attention from them.
5. There are really great products out there that don't cost hundreds of dollars--in fact, I prefer many of them to the big courses. You don't need to go into debt to start digital marketing.
