📣 PUBLIC STATEMENT – CRIMINALS ARE ATTEMPTING A HOSTILE TAKEOVER OF WYDK TV
Let me be clear:
This is not just identity theft.
This is not just hacking.
This is an attempted hostile takeover of WYDK TV by organized criminals—a direct assault on my life's work, my name, and a 30-year legacy built to educate, protect, and empower the people.
WYDK TV—What You Don’t Know… Can Harm You!—was founded by me, Angelica M. Frances, in 1998 as part of Angelica’s Garden Natural Health & Living e-magazine. By 2006, it had grown into its own entity. In 2010, we registered as a California-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit. By 2018, we were internationally recognized as a charitable media organization.
We built this platform for the people—to educate and empower across race, gender, age, faith, and borders.
But in 2021, a group of local cybercriminals launched a calculated, hate-fueled attack. And they are STILL trying to finish the job.
Here’s what they’ve done:

🚨 Redirected URLs to FAKE pages and imposters
🚨 Stole our EIN, banking access, and business accounts
🚨 Destroyed our studio and physical equipment
🚨 Used our name to solicit money and offer fake jobs
🚨 Filed to trademark our copyrighted name and brand
This is not random vandalism.
It’s an intentional hostile takeover by criminals trying to wear our skin, steal our platform, and pretend to be us—all while erasing the truth of who built this.
We have reported this to multiple federal agencies, including the FBI, FTC, USPTO, and IRS. But the systems move slowly while the damage continues daily.
