There are singular people in all our lives. People who are just so unbelievably out there that the world does nothing but tremble in the wake of their loss. We lost a real one in Charles Edge, one for whom there can be no replacement.

So many of us owe him so much that it hurts just thinking he's not there.

But for so many of us, Charles will be a voice in our ear and our hearts forever, and we will always have him there pushing us onward to learn one more thing, take one step further, and teach one more person one more thing.

I'll miss you so much, my friend.
