Connect with someone you admire is scary! You may feel like you’re an inconvenience and a nuisance. You may think “I am not worthy or important enough for them to care” 🌟The challenge is month is to trust in yourself that you are worthy and deserve to take up space🌟

Approaching anyone for mentorship or collaborations can be intimidating. The key is to keep it simple! Here’s how you do it:

1. Prep before reaching out
2. Build a relationship before jumping into your requests
3. Be clear and concise with the ask
4. BONUS: If they said “NO!” Be gracious! Thank them for their honesty, and for getting back to you.
