Now going on it's third year of existence, Pants OFF! Podcast has become an ever-evolving platform of information about bands and artists not just from the Des Moines area, but continually expanding its reach outward. Interviews have been conducted with nationally renounced artists like: Buzz Osborne (Melvins), Steve Brooks (Torche/Floor), Bob Nastanovich (Pavement), Trevor Strnad (Black Dahlia Mu

rder), Josh Newton (Shiner), and many others. Constantly spotlighting native Iowa talent and continuing to seek out nationally recognized bands, Pants OFF! Podcast has been featured in stories on websites: Rollingstone, NME, Billboard, Stereogum, The PRP, Lambgoat, and others. These long form (mostly) one on one interviews give a retrospective look at a particular artist's body of work while examining their inspirations, successes, and struggles. The goal is to gain insights into the projects they are creating across a variety of mediums. At the very least, find some relation on a basic human level.
