Stop loss is one of the most important component of our position. It is a pre-set price level kung saan automatic kang lalabas sa trade para limitahan ang talo mo.

It does not only protect our capital sa mga potential losses, kailangan din natin ito malaman before entering the market kasi kailangan ito sa calculation ng value-at-risk.

In trading, REASON is EVERYTHING. kung wala na yung rea*on mo bakit ka puma*ok sa trade, bakit andyan ka pa rin?

If you are struggling with impulse trading eto ang mga naiisip kong dahilan:
1. nag hahanap ka ng adrenaline
2. na fofomo ka sa candle o dahil may pos yung trading buddy mo
3. Wala ka lang talagang maayos na structure

Real talk: 90% of your psychological problem will vanish kung systematized ka sa trading process mo.

Here are the basic market terminologies na dapat alam sa market structure:
High - initial high ng incoming trend
Low - initial low ng incoming trend

Higher high - Mas mataas na high from the previous high
Higher low - Mas mataas na low from the previous low

Lower high - Mas mababa na high from the previous high
Lower low - Mas mababa na low from the previous low

Equal high - high na halos kapareho ng previous high
Equal low - Low na halos kapareho ng previous low

Swing High - Pinakamataas na presyo ng trend bago magkaroon ng rejection
Swing Low - Pinakamababang presyo ng trend bago magkaroon ng rebound.

Once you learn the market structure, it will be easier to plot support and resistance, trendline at iba pa.

I hated every step going up but I enjoyed the view here at the top.

I need to kill time kasi ang aga pala ng flight namin at anong oras pa ung check-in namin kaya nag gala muna kami.

Nag tingin tingin lang kami kung san malapit, tapos nakita namin 'to, sabi sa google maps 20 min walk lang naman daw, pero gagi 20 min walk mula sa entrance pala.

Triny namin umakyat and ang daming negative self-talk na tumatakbo sa utak ko every step paakyat

"Okay na siguro bumaba kasi wala pa naman kaming tulog"
"Baka hikain pa ako pag pinush ko pa"
"Grabe parang SL to na inusog usog ko"

But when I saw kung gaano na kataas? Priceless

Parang trading journey lang

Admit it or not, sobrang nakaka boring mag backtest. You will hate every minute of it but carry on anyway. That's the only way to build your clarity and that clarity will make you trade confidently.

No other way than making the main thing the main thing.
