We talk about self-love, self-care, womanhood, parenting teens, and bringing stroke awareness. MomJonz had a stroke on April 17, 2021. It was unexpected and caught her family and friends off guard. She had no health concerns and none of the commonly known risk factors. She is on a mission to bring awareness to those less heard of and uncommon cause of strokes.
