Beware: The scam/Fraud is done by Bharat Pe company BharatPe
1: Bharat pe will hold/Block your account without any information. They never send you any email, message, call, or notification to you regarding their blocking your account. It's your concern and you have to find out.
2: After finding that your account has been blocked, and you tried to contact a customer care executive, They have repeated answers that your account is blocked due to suspicious activity, and our backed team working on it, they will contact to you. When you asked what suspicious activities i have done, please provide details of that i will clarify. They don't have the answer of it and again repeated the same answer our backend team working on it.
3: After So many long call to the customer care executive, when you request to an executive that transfers my call to the manager first they deny that our manager is busy, if you insist again they will transfer the call to his nearby colleagues.
4: After 2-3 days you receive a call from Bharat pe but this call will disconnect after 2 rings and immediately you receive a message over WhatsApp that your ticket has been resolved, And when you call to customer care executive they told you that our team tried to contact you but you didn't pick the call, So your ticket closing time extends from 14 May to 21 May.
5: After So many follow up and call to the customer care executive.
They told you that we need to re-verify you KYC, Please send your document, the link will be received over WhatsApp. After uploading the documents and I informed to the executive that I upload all documents and Please verify them, again you will receive the same answer: our backed team will check.
6: Post uploading the document and you called to customer executive and asked about the status, they will tell you that we didn't receive your document, please submit it again and your ticket closing timeline increase again, but you insist to connect manager( 3rd level call transfer) & asked the manager about your document, He/she will say, Ohh Sir we received your document and verified it but your ticket closing time will extend and you will receive a call from our team.
7: Again after 2 days phone rings only twice and the call get disconnected and the Ticket resolution time will again increase.
8: This is a never-ending story, and your money got stuck. They hold my 8.5 Lakh.
9: Solution to this situation:
9.1: Re-share the post as much as you can.
9.2: Defame Bharat pe as much as you can because they are holding your money without any information or notice, actually they are stealing your money.
9.3: Lodge an FIR over Bharat pe at your nearest Police station.
