Golden Paste ✨🌟 recipe below ⤵️ Ingredients: 1/2 cup organic turmeric powder 1 cup water 1/3 cup organic coconut oil 1-2 teaspoons ground black pepper **Black pepper helps enhance the absorption of curcumin, the active compound in turmeric** Instructions: In a small saucepan, combine the turmeric powder and water. Stir well to create a smooth paste. Place the saucepan over low heat and simmer the turmeric paste for about 7-10 minutes, stirring constantly. Add the coconut oil to the saucepan and continue to stir until the mixture is well combined and has a thick consistency. Add the black pepper to the mixture Allow the golden paste to cool down completely. Once cooled, transfer the golden paste to an airtight container (I use a mason jar) & store it in the fridge.
