Communicate with people in the same way they speak and think, not the same way you think and speak.

Ito madalas problema ng mga salespeople. Gumagamit sila ng terms at concept na hindi naiintindihan ng mga tao. In the end, na-coconfuse pa yung buyer, instead na na-perpersuade.

Gamitin mo yung words at terms na alam nila, para magets nila yung offer mo. 👌🏻

PRODUCTIVE KA BA OR BUSY?

Madalas napag-hahalo natin itong dalawa, pero hindi sila pareho. Productivity is yung paggawa ng mga meaningful work efficiently, tapos yung busyness naman is madami ka lang ginagawa, importante man yan or hindi.

Ang pagiging productive is yung pag focus yung energy mo sa mga bagay na align sa goals and priorities mo.

Ang pagiging busy naman is nakakaloko minsan. Feeling mo productive ka kasi madami kang ginagawa, pero hindi ibig sabihin na-aacomplish mo yung objectives mo. Ang pagka-busy pwede galing sa poor time management, hindi clear priorities at pag-iwas sa paggawa ng mga importanteng bagay.

Productivity is achieving results, samantalang busyness is pwedeng distraction sa mga importanteng bagay. Magandang i-asses natin yung mga ginagawa natin araw-araw kung nakaka-contribute ba ito sa long term goals natin. Hindi naman masama maging busy, pero dapat may purpose ginagawa natin at para hindi lang sa pag-iwas sa mga mas importanteng bagay na kailangang gawin.

SALES IS JUST BAD MARKETING

If you don’t know how to market, you have to be a good sales person. If you know how to market, you impress the next 10 best sales people.

Hindi naman tayo tinawagan ng NIKE isa-isa para alokin tayo ng sneakers. Tayo na mismo ang pumili sa NIKE kasi naka tatak na sila sa utak natin. All because of branding. Pero hindi madali. That’s why ito nag seseparate sa mga so-so brands sa mga great brands.

Mag-focus sa pag-market ng maayos at naturally susunod na din ang sales.

STUCK KA SA NEGOSYO DAHIL SA SARILI MO

Kung feeling mo nasagad mo na yung market ng business mo, 3 bagay problema mo:

1. Kulang sa Skill
2. Limiting Belief
3. Maling Character Traits

Mag-upgrade ka ng skill na kailangan sa negosyo mo. Basagin mo yung limiting beliefs mo na “hanggang 100k/monthly sales” lang. Ayusin mo yung traits na kailangan mo para mag-succeed ka sa business.

Isipin mo na lang na 10 kayong competitors at kumikita kayo 1M/month. Eh di total 10M sa market. Possible na makuha mo yung buong 10M if mas gagalingan mo pa sa mga competitors mo. Paano kung collaboration kayo? Baka umabot pa kayo ng 100M! Yun ang the best!

If lahat ito na-improve mo, LIMITLESS na ang pwede mong kitain sa pag-nenegosyo.

KWENTO MO YAN EH

Kapag dumating yung mga challenges sa buhay, 2 kwento ang pwedeng mangyari:

A. Bumigay sa challenges at mag-mukmok sa tabi, mag-drama at hayaan maka apekto ito sa buhay like a normal person

Or

B. Ma-overcome ang challenges at mapaganda ang story ng buhay para makwento sa ibang tao para maka-inspire

Normal naman na mag-drama at makaramdam ng lungkot kapag nahirapan. Pero para maging champion ka sa buhay, kailangan mong gawin ang mga bagay na hindi ginagawa ng karamihan katulad ng pag-bounce back galing sa mga challenges.

Mas maganda na ma-inspire mga tao sa kwento natin, kesa sa kaawaan tayo.

Parang Takeshi’s Castle lang yan. Sa dinami-dami ng contestants at challenges, isa lang mananalo sa dulo. Mas ma-eenjoy mo yung pagkapanalo dahil sa mga pinagdaanan mo.

Kaya laban lang ng laban! Mananalo ka din. 🔥

Magsilbing gabay ng mga negosyante para makamit ang walang hanggang kasiyahan.

Hindi kailangan stressful ang pag-nenegosyo. Katulad ko, maloko talaga akong tao. Pero kumikita parin at masaya.

Wag kang bumili ng LUHO, para hindi ka ma-anxiety.

Problema ito ng karamihan ng may CC. Lalo na sa mga 1st time magkaroon. Gastos dito, gastos doon, madalas pa LUHO inuuna kesa sa mga NEEDS pang-araw araw. Lalo na mga 12/24 months to pay. Hindi kasi ramdam eh.

“2,000 monthly lang naman, kaya ko yan!”

Ang mangyayari, kukuha ka ulit ng isa pa.

“3,500 lang naman!”

Kaya pa daw kitain! Dagdag pa isa!

“5,500 dagdag monthly lang naman!”

Pero kapag madami na, dun mo na mararamdaman. Ngayon kapag tinodo, hindi alam kung paano mababayaran. Ang problema kasi same lang yung sipag or sweldo. Walang pinagbago sa work ethics. Paano mo mababayaran kung same ang income mo?

“Paano na mga daily needs ko?”

Dito inaatake ng anxiety mga tao. Nakaka apekto ito sa atin. Sa performance, sa work, sa relationship. Kinakain tayo ng buhay dahil sa anxiety at stress, na tayo lang din naman nagdala sa sarili natin.

If bibili ka talaga ng luho with CC, ang maganda straight payment. Pang points lang talaga. Wag kang bibili, kung hindi kaya bayaran.

Ipon ka muna.

Kung gusto mo ng Lacoste, pang Lacoste dapat yung sipag mo.

Rolex gusto mo? Pang Rolex dapat galawan mo.

₱1B sa bangko? Pang bilyonaryo dapat mindset mo.

Mag sipag ka muna, bago ang reward.

At syempre, make sure na covered lahat ng daily needs mo bago ka magluho.

If ever na sinunod mo ito, sure ako hindi ka ma-anxiety lalo na sa mga CC.
