I rarely share my life often anymore, but I want to today. Because today, I turn 45 and I am super happy and satisfied with the direction life is taking me. My birthday makes me think how there is power in the kindness of human beings. Dear friends, You may not know the impact you have made in my life. I appreciate who you are even if it’s been too long since I last saw you. I miss you and hope to see you again soon. Thank you for making me feel seen and heard. Our friendship is the greatest gift you have given me. Thank you very much for wishing me a happy birthday!

I think of special people in my life such as my child Chloe Pruong, & my spouse James Buchanan McCreery and I am filled with gratefulness! My family is awesome Apphai Des Staeb, Rosa Keo, Niya Fairley, Appoly, Phorn Tyson Pruong, Sopheak Pruong , and soPandi Pruong. My best friends Lily Hoang, Amina Sen-Matthews, Caylee So, Chamreun Newton, PraCh Ly, Tony Te, Suzanne Akin, Edith Covarrubias, Tatiana Perez, Maria Barry are so incredibly amazing! I am blessed to know and love many people. You know who you are!

I am glad I get to spend time with friends and even just by myself too. I’ve learned to eat alone, go to the movies alone and it’s been fun discovering who I am today. I am finally comfortable in my own skin.

I love my job. I get up eager to work as a program manager in the mental health department for The Cambodian Family. I am lucky to have a career that I am proud of. I am glad I get to help other folks just like I’ve been helped in the past

Today, I want to thank you for being my friend and for being a support to me. A like or a love or a share on the page is soooo sweet. Thanks to all Francois Chau and Anh Q. Hua that have made a contribution to my fundraiser for Cam Fam to pay it forward because I already have all I need.
