Okay, I want to hear it from you guys. Let's settle this and you can't say both. Which amp do you prefer and why?

For me it's always going to be the 5150. It was the very first head I owned and I loved it so much. I played so many great shows with it and it's very nostalgic.

What's your dirty audio secret? Doesn't matter if it's mixing, instrumental or musical!

I'll go first. Sometimes, I think the compression sounds great and then I realise it's been on bypass the whole time 🤐

It was a really long and fun process in which I worked with Jacob tirelessly to help create! I actually originally created the first prototype Kontakt library for The Molten Kit, and after getting our ideas down we sent it off to be scripted properly and it came back with this gorgeous, simple GUI.

My favourite part of this library is how you can add your own one shot samples! Super handy!

For me it's either Fleshgod Apocalypse's Veleno Album, Head Mounted Sideways by Vola or Dyscarnate's Iron Strengthens Iron!

Okay... here's the ultimate question!

If we could make ANYTHING (VST, Kemper Profiles, Drum samples etc) what would you like to see us create? I'd love to work with Jacob on some signature Kemper tones! We've spoken about it in the past and it could be on the table.... ;)

Which drum workflow do you prefer?!

Both are incredible pieces of kit but which do you lean towards?
I think I use Trigger a lot more than I use kontakt, but that's mainly because I receive drum recordings for mixing. However, when I need to help write drum parts for a band or create parts from scratch I always fire up Kontakt. That's why we create products for both!
