The first release from Taza Records will be Dimptsepia by Kirubel. The name Dimptsepia is a contraction of two amharic words "Dimptse" meaning "sounds" and Ethiopia - the homeland of the artist Kirubel. The release features Kirubel as producer and musician (bass, Keyboard & drums on different tracks) The release features several established singers such as Fitsum Mahadere and Tsedenia Gebremarkos

as well as young upcoming singers such as Teklish Sisay. Recorded with live horn sections and some of the best session players in Los Angeles, Dimptsepia promises to be a delight to ears around the globe. Following the release of Dimptsepia, Taza will release a full length record featuring Teklish. Stay tuned for these and many more aural delicacies to come.
