Ingrid Andress -- of Highlands Ranch, CO -- is receiving harsh criticism for her rendition of the National Anthem during the MLB Home Run Derby. She recently posted on her Instagram that she was drunk during her performance and is checking into rehab.

I hope she gets the support & care she needs.

The former president was injured during an assassination attempt at a rally in Pennsylvania earlier today. CBS News has confirmed Mr. Trump has since left the hospital -- two other people are dead, including the gunman.

"I knew immediately that something was wrong in that I heard a whizzing sound, shots, and immediately felt the bullet ripping through the skin," former President Trump wrote.

If our smiles don’t say it clearly, I had *so much fun* with Denver Police Sgt. Justin Dodge and legendary former Denver Nuggets performance coach Steve Hess today! 😁

Hess has been a vital part of Dodge’s rehab since he had part of leg amputated after he was pinned beneath a firetruck during the Nuggets championship parade last summer. These two have an incredible bond! 💪🏼 You’ll get a taste of it tonight on on CBS Colorado at 5…

But to see more of Justin’s journey of recovery and his return to duty, check out a docuseries that premiers on PBS12 this week. It’s called “Project Kaboom” and I can’t wait to see it! 💥💥💥

The issue of stolen vehicles is nothing new in Colorado… but this truck thief hit a new low taking this priceless pickup. Now, a young man isn’t just grieving the loss of his fallen firefighter father — who died in the line of duty — he’s desperately searching for this treasured truck.

"One of the last times I saw him, I drove that home with him… and he said he's proud of me. And that's the last thing I've heard out of him.”

Colton Smith has always wanted to be a firefighter because his dad, Stephen Smith, was a firefighter with the West Douglas County Fire Protection District for 23 years.

Walking the 3.1 miles surrounded by epilepsy heroes, their families, caretakers & supporters was incredibly moving. This event is truly a *celebration* of ! 🎉🙌🏼

It was an absolute privilege & true joy to join Denver Film in honoring Hannah with the 2024 Barbara Bridges Inspiration Award today. Without a doubt, Hannah inspires so many people around the world…and I am so very, very grateful I got to share with her why she inspires me, particularly in her role on Ted Lasso. Sharing time with this incredibly beautiful, authentic, genuine, humble and hilarious woman backstage — and our one-on-one discussion at the Denver Art Museum — is a moment I’ll forever cherish.

This is a clip of a video that's been making rounds on social media -- have you seen it? It shows Denver officers arresting a hot dog vendor outside of Ball Arena after a Nuggets game last week. Many people have questioned why the vendor was taken into custody, saying there are bigger crimes worth investigating... sharing all kinds of hot takes on the hot dog debacle.

Despite what's heard in this clip (**language warning**), DPD confirmed this was not an undercover sting operation, rather a joint effort with other city agencies cracking down on unlicensed food vendors who are in violation of health & safety rules. Tonight on CBS Colorado at 10, Jasmine Arenas explains why you may want to rethink buying one of those "fresh franks" to begin with, and what some other vendors are saying about the crackdown.
