Why you should trust your gut feelings or intuitions. Since the day you were born your brain is taking in everything you hear, see, smell, taste and touch. It doesn't matter if it is important or not your brain takes in the information. From this information it is making an impression of what is normal.

When you get the feeling something isn't right it is your brain saying things are not falling into the normal. It can be an insignificant detail you don't even notice but your brain is picking up on it as abnormal. Since your birth your brain has been making sense of the world around you and when it doesn't make sense it lets you know. Trust your feelings.
