Dinner was great at Logan's Roadhouse Upon entering, I was impressed with the decor which was different from the last time I was there. The staff was also really nice. Of course I was excited for our rolls which melted in my mouth just like I knew they would 🤤 and the mesquite grilled steak was so yummy! Logan’s is good spot for lunch, date night, or to spend with family and friends. They also have private dining spaces to host a party or event, so keep that in mind too! I’m already looking forward to going back soon for more. Thank you Logan’s Roadhouse for 🤗

I love a great pop-up experience and that’s exactly what Weiss In The Wild is! The decor was amazing and of course the drinks were delicious as usual. This is great choice for a nice date night or outing with friends. If you haven’t been, stop in by May 18th to experience for yourself! Thank you Weiss Distilling Company for 🍹🦜🦋🐍

Good food, drinks, service and decor! This is the winning combo that always gives me life and Aldana’s Mexican Grill delivered! Also I have to shout out our server Rudina who was absolutely amazing. Guys never have I been able to go shopping for groceries, out to dinner and bowling in the same building! They have it all. We went back to the new duel restaurant concept in Birmingham, this time to try out Little Yard a fast casual carryout restaurant where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, coffee and pastries. I had the green bowl with Moroccan smoked beef & pomegranate vignette that was absolutely delicious! I also loved how the restaurant felt so bright and colorful inside, including the bathroom which is adorable! I’m looking forward to returning. Both Little Yard and Lincoln Yard are now open starting today! Thank you Little Yard for 🤗

Lincoln Yard is a new restaurant located in Birmingham, MI at the site of a former bus garage. It’s also one half of a duel restaurant concept. How cool is this location and concept?!

Ok, let’s talk about the experience. The restaurant was really spacious but still nice and cozy, the music was on point, and I loved how the food was both tasty and pretty healthy! My salmon and crispy brussels were delish and the rotisserie chicken will likely be a hit! You can also enjoy creative desserts and cocktails. My vegan & vegetarian friends will be glad to know that this is a spot that they too can enjoy!

Excited about the ways in which we were able to celebrate Black History this month! First we went to Joe Louis Southern Kitchen I’ve been wanting to try them for a while now and finally got an opportunity. I loved how extensive the menu was! There were like 10 things I wanted to get lol. I also loved the vibe and theme, which is why I felt this was the perfect place to have brunch and to kickoff our BHM festivities! 🧇🍳🥞

Next we went to the Charles H. Wright Museum of African American History I honestly didn’t think I would learn as much as I did on this day. I’ve had many AA History projects in school, taken AA History courses in college, watched documentaries, been to different museums, etc., but I still learned a lot! This experience made me even more thankful and appreciative of the sacrifices my ancestors and those before me made, which has come across my mind several times since this visit.

I enjoyed this day and I look forward to the continued celebration of black history, black owned businesses and more, not just this month, but all year long. To all those who have sacrificed, fought and paved the way, thank you for 🙏🏾❤️

Matari Coffee Co. is a specialty coffee shop located in Canton that specializes in premium Yemeni coffee & tea. Matari gets an A for Aesthetics! They know how to make things look good from the decor to the drink and food presentation 🤩. When it comes to the beverages and treats, I was a fan of the Raspberry Mojito and Tiramisu. I enjoyed sampling the items and could see myself coming back to meet up with friends or solo to get some work done. Thank you Matari Coffee Co. for 🫖✨

My experience at La Dolce Vita Detroit was one of the best sit down dinner experiences I’ve had in a while! The food was absolutely delicious. The lamb chops, steak and lasagna were all so flavorful! I really enjoyed my Sangria also (I ordered two!) The ambiance was amazing and the owners and staff were great! Food, drinks, ambience and customer service were all wonderful and I definitely recommend checking them out if you haven’t done so already. This is a great place to visit for Valentine’s Day or for any date night. I don’t know how much longer they will stay a hidden gem with this much going for them! Thank you La Dolce Vita for

My surprise fort was one of the most romantic surprises I’ve ever received and it cost $0 (other than the food and snacks). This fort was so thoughtful, creative and cozy! And the way Dewayne (Imaginary Visions) put it together was even more creative! Everything about this gave me life 🥰 I even asked him if he could leave it up, but he eventually had to take it down 🥺 If you’re looking for unique Valentine’s Day ideas, try this or an indoor picnic in your living room! ❤️

I love entertainment & experiences, so I was super excited that Givin’ Me Life was invited to press day & the grand opening for the first IMAX auditorium at any MJR location! It’s also the first in Michigan with laser technology & premium reclining chairs! 👏👏👏

We were able to experience the new IMAX theater while watching a screening of Marvel Studio’s newest film, The Marvels. IMAX is definitely a great way to elevate a movie experience and it’s now open at MJR! Thank you MJR Theatres and IMAX for 🍿

So my brother stumbled upon Melt n Dip a while back and told me about it. I had been wanting to stop by and I finally got a chance to last night!

When I arrived, I saw both a date night and some family outings in progress. This is definitely a great place to treat the people we’re most fond of! I loved the variety of items and also the fact that they stay open fairly late, so it’s a great place to go to top the night off!
