I'm Noey and I create the Movies, Music, and Moods podcast!

I pretty much only record wearing an outrageous robe. It's become my podcast uniform. Once the robe is on, I can record. I'm starting to build all these self care rituals and...it's nice? To take care of yourself??! My office space is PINK and NOTHING BUT PINK. I listen to a bazillion songs at this desk and sometimes have to get up to dance around wildly if the music strikes me appropriately.
