The all-female, all-Thai kitchen team has been led by Head Chef Sanguan Parr for the last two decades. Chef Sanguan’s menus reflect authentic Thai cuisine, renowned for its finesse and delicacy in balancing the five key flavours: sweet, sour, spicy, bitter and salty. The experienced restaurant team, led by Restaurant Manager Kaseam Jongpitakrat for over 20 years, is on hand with their knowledge and experience to help diners pick the perfect dishes.
The menu will be served on Saturday’s from 12.30pm to 2.30pm. You can choose 4 dishes with a choice of steamed or sticky rice for £30 which serves 2. Add on any dishes for £9 per dish.
