- School pick ups or drop offs
And so many more other things.
You want your child to still feel the same amount of love and support as any other sibling they may have.

We have to be mindful that the way we treat the person looking after our child, often has a direct impact on our child💯
When you believe the environment is becoming toxic towards your child then i would always encourage boundaries to be implemented for the benefit of your child 💙

I didnt vibe with the other man simply meant we didnt spend time around each other when they were in a relationship.
Now onto the main point as I already hear men especially becoming defensive 🙈
I am not saying there are no risks to bringing new people into a childs life but i am saying that we should normalise the IDEA of mum/dad moving on. 💯

It's no secret that co-parenting comes with its own set of challenges, and one crucial aspect is establishing and sticking to boundaries. 🚧
Whether met with initial resistance or not, being firm in our boundaries is a powerful act of self-care and a commitment to the well-being of everyone involved including our child. 🤝✨
Remember, boundaries aren't meant to spite others, they're there to protect you💙
When your boundaries are stepped over, you don't adjust the boundary instead you adjust the person.💯
I see far too many people dropping their boundaries or second guessing the need for them during moments of "happiness" or "peace", these are indications that your boundaries are working for you all, and not a reason to drop them. 🤔
Remember... its not how loud you scream them, but how firm you are with them that will ultimately matter. ✅️

There are so many things you are focusing on or are being shown that wont help you find the RIGHT person, infact they will most likely distract you from doing so.
Setting the bar so high in areas that hold no real weight.
What’s MORE of a deal breaker? Restaurant choice or calibre of person?
How special are moments going to be with the RIGHT person if you have already done these things 101 times with the wrong person?
Live within your means and don’t allow social media narratives to put false, superficial expectations of finding your person.
If the person place’s obstacles of expectations that have little to do with substance and just material - maybe they aren’t the one for you. Don’t shy away to push back. (But let’s not be tight now!)

Forgiveness is a powerful act of strength, but it doesn't always mean giving someone a second chance.🤔
When trust is shattered by betrayal, it's like trying to mend a broken vase—pieces might fit back together, but the cracks remain.
The person who has been cheated on may find the strength to forgive, to let go of the anger and resentment, but they are unlikely to be the same within the relationship again. 😔
It's not about holding onto the hurt, but rather realising that trust, once broken, changes the dynamics of your relationship, and this is most likely irreversible. 💯
This doesnt mean it is impossible to try again but to expect the relationship to return to what once was, most likely is.🤷🏽♂️
Taking someone back after infidelity isn't just about forgiving, it's about rebuilding a foundation that was once solid but now forever altered.

Where we go wrong, is by investing so much energy into the other parent and not enough into our child❌️
