I gave the Bell pepper casserole a try for dinner this evening. It was good!
The only thing I will do differently next time is add cheese into the mixture as well. 🙃

I used 2 pounds of hamburger after I browned that & strained the grease I added my sliced bell peppers & onion, 1/2 cup beef broth, 1 can of Rotel, 2 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce, 1 tbsp Montreal seasoning, 1 tsp paprika, salt and pepper then I placed my pan back on the stove burner until my vegetables were soft. Poured my mixture into a casserole dish, added cheese on top and baked on 350 for 7 minutes.
I broiled mine for another 3 minutes as well because I like my cheese bubbly lol 😁

This crustless pizza casserole is amazing!
Layer your casserole dish with mozzarella cheese, marinara & toppings of your choice. I used sausage, pepperoni, salmi & black olives. Bake on 400 for about 10 minutes then broil for a few minutes if you like.
I chose to have a side salad with mine 🥰

I made the "lazy chocolate chip cookie bars" and oh my they were good! I used one box of zero sugar yellow cake mix 2 eggs 1 stick of butter melted Half of a bag of Lilly's chocolate chips. Mix well and smash down evenly in a cake dish then bake on 350 for 20-25 minutes. #healthychoices #lowcarbdessert #lowcarbrecipes #lowcarbideas
