Tony Monk is a photographer who mainly focuses on land and seascapes. He was Born and raised on Vancouver Island and is currently residing in the Cowichan Valley.
Photography had always been a hobby but when he bought his first DSLR (the very first Canon Rebel), in 2008, he starting investing more time, interest, and research into it. All photos are taken on Vancouver Island. He is also an avid rock hounder, and loves 4x4ing and seeing all the island has to offer.
The combination of exploring, rock hunting and photography all kind of go hand in hand and he loves doing it all! He usually stays away from family portraits, weddings or portraits of any kind because it's just not his thing. He will surprise you with candid shots if you are out adventuring with him though!
