We explore a different country or region for each issue — California (Issue 1), Portugal (Issue 2) and Britain (Issue 3, Spring 2021) — and believe that by looking at wine in the context of food, design, people and place that we are able to create a more balanced, meaningful approach to an otherwise specialist subject.
