We are so sorry for the noticeable absence for the podcast! Technology has been getting in the way of everything we've been trying to do since we attempted to return from our originally intended short break.
The main culprit behind this severe delay in producing is none other than my (rather expensive) GPU on the only real machine I have access to. Stick in an already overloaded PC repair shop with long queues for diagnostics and even longer response times from the PC manufacturer on getting an RMA, and you get the situation we're in now.
I'm working on other ideas for getting content produced while I wait for the technical support issues to get worked out, but so far none have been reliable.

"It's Saturday, and you guys didn't post this week... what's happening?"
Well, friends, we have decided to take a short break because Tom's wife needed a surgical procedure performed on Tuesday. The timing of her procedure impacted our ability to record and edit during the earlier part of this week, which had not been foreseen.
Rather than struggling to divide Tom's attention between his wife's health, work, and the podcast, we've decided to call off recordings for a few weeks so he can focus on making sure she's better faster!
What does this mean for the podcast? Sarah and I will be hard at work planning the next few episodes, researching them, outlining them and the like, so that when Rhonda's well enough to return to work and Tom's able to return his focus to the podcast, we have a backlog to work from in case of future emergencies.
If we happen to devise (and release) and content in the meantime, we'll be sure to keep you informed!
