Tell Him how much you love and need Him. Write Him a love note, sing to Him a love song. Recount what he has done.

For our hearts are growing smaller and smaller by the day. Praise enlarges our hearts to love the unloveable., it enables us to turn the other cheeck ( Luke 6: 27- 36)

When you’re afraid of what others think of you.

Sometimes we can let the fear of others or our desire to please
people drive our thoughts and dictate our actions. That’s never a
wise path to follow, it will always lead to defeat and disillusionment.
God reminds us that the fear of man is a trap, but His perfect love casts out all fear. Pray He would show you what changes you need to set in place today, so you care more about living for Him, and less about striving to please others.

Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.

A renewed mind has life and peace, and these 2 elements are Gods nature, his presence and environment embodies peace and life. This world cannot offer these two. There is no peace or life to be offered.

We therefore need not to care deeply about the views and opinions, trends and friends, cares and pleasures of this world. "For the mind that is set on the flesh is hostile to God, for it does not submit to God's law; indeed, it cannot. Those who are in the flesh cannot please God." Romans 8:7-8.
