Andre3000 Jazz set at 11 on - inspired by the latest album New Blue Sun, I've put together a playlist of Spiritual & Ethereal Jazz - a lot of these selections are actually from Andre himself, taken from the Spotify playlist Andre Digs Jazz.

I love all things fusion, especially when an artist crosses over into a new genre. Hats off to 3stacks for putting the next generation on and exposing this music to a totally new audience.

9 years ago REC vol. 3 came out & captured the moment when we had a real beat scene in Richmond, akin to (& inspired heavily by) LA in the mid 00's - Low End Theory & early Brainfeeder/Stones Throw events. Especially relevant during the first ever Richmond Music Week to remind everyone of the wealth of talent and depth of sound stored in pockets all over this city.

Putting this together was an awesome experience and laid a new foundation and network for my career & future goals as a musician/producer & organizer. Give it a spin ❤️ or a free DL
