Started the day with a cup of tea and some light reading. Whiskers decided to join in, claiming she's a literary critic in disguise. Can't argue with a cat who appreciates a good book

It's early but I just finished rearranging my living room furniture, again! Whiskers thinks it's her personal obstacle course. She's mastered the 'sofa sprint' and 'chair jump.' Who needs TV when you have a cat with ninja skills?

I love having my own place to post. It's like a diary that no one cares to read.
Just had a chat with Mrs Johnson about her new dessert recipe. She called it 'Divine Chocolate Delight.' I suggested 'Heavenly Cocoa Bliss.' We compromised on 'Chocolate Cloud Dream.' Who knew baking could be so adventurous?
I prefer baking scones though.

Spotted Mr Patel chasing his runaway barbecue cover in the wind today. The cover won, but Mr Patel's determination deserves a gold medal!

Started my day with a delightful cuppa and a plate of freshly baked scones. Whiskers tried to steal a scone when my back was turned! Can't blame her, they're irresistible.
