Welcome to NoRep Podcast!

We're a couple of CrossFitters who revel in the contradictions and humor in the fitness world. We love to learn about exercise and nutrition and we get lit up by doing crazy WODs with our friends. There is so much information today about what is the best diet, what's the best fitness program. "CrossFit is bad for you." "You have to go keto." "Humans weren't built to eat grains." "Cholesterol is the real killer." "No, it's sugar that spikes your insulin and causes heart disease." It's the lack of consensus, and the disconnect between what we are supposed to do and what we actually do, that is so funny and fascinating. So we talk about it and write about and keep doing whatever new damn thing comes out, if it makes sense for us. Got it? Ya, neither do we.
