The Member of Parliament (MP) for North Tongu and Chairman of the Operation Recover All Loot (ORAL) team, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, has announced that the team has gathered substantial evidence of suspected looted state assets by appointees of the previous administration.

The ORAL Team yesterday conducted a field assessment of a number of State Capture locations in the capital, Accra.

These field trips are part of ongoing evidence gathering, validation of claims contained in petitions received from the general public, and comprehensive data compilation efforts within President Mahama’s ORAL preparatory framework.

The locations inspected by Team ORAL include the Dubois Centre, Agric Mechanization lands, Labadi Beach Hotel’s beachfront, La Trade Fair, the demolished Bulgarian Embassy and the encroached Northern Development Authority land in Cantonments.

At the Dubois Centre, Team ORAL was compelled to invite National Security to take over the facility in order to restore peace and security following hightened tensions between staff of the Ministry of Tourism and a company that claims to have been given a contract by the outgone government to take charge and run the centre. Staff of the ministry claim their offices had been locked whilst others said they had received death threats.

We then proceeded to the Agric Mechanization lands in Cantonments, our team was delighted to observe that the military had been deployed to halt a disturbingly opaque appropriation of the lands by politically exposed persons associated with the outgone government after they evicted staff of the Agric Ministry and carried out rezoning, albeit without parliamentary approval.

Acting on distress calls, we also visited the offices of the Northern Development Authority (NDA) in Cantonments where we took judicial notice that faceless characters had hurriedly erected walls to grab large portions of the NDA lands under extremely dubious circumstances. We have promptly informed National Security to step in and protect the land in issue.

Consequently, we have assured officials of the Bulgarian Embassy when we toured their demolished property that our extensive report will adequately document the current state of affairs for appropriate action by the new Mahama administration. We can also confirm that construction of an apartment complex on the demolished Bulgarian Embassy land by Dr. Yaw Adu Ampomah who was President Akufo-Addo’s NDPC appointee remains suspended.

In the coming days, Team ORAL will continue with our State Capture field assessment and validation exercise across the country as we compile a credible and thorough report for the attention of President Mahama.

Team ORAL is determined in ensuring that this preparatory task is well executed and that the high expectations of the Ghanaian people are duly met.

Since President Mahama has officially written to IGP to investigate the 2020 and 2024 killings it’s important we know a few details of the key actors in 2020.

Double, Ernest, and Osei all used to live at Nmai Dzorn in Accra
When Sammi Awuku moved to the area, he befriended Double who was the ring leader of the group

Before they met Sammi Awuku they were into Landguard activities terrorising land owners in and outside Accra

Occasionally, they served as bouncers at social events in Accra.
Whoever goes to Twist Night Club will affirm the fact that Osei, Double, and Ernest are known faces at Twist Night Club inside Labone

Sammi Awuku recruited Double as his driver around 2014 and Double recruited the other boys
When the NPP won in 2016 and formed the government in 2017, they were given National Security tags

These were the same guys who went to shoot innocent Ghanaians at Bawleshie during the Ayawaso West Wougon by-election
They were the same guys the NPP provided with Military and Police uniforms at Techiman South who shot and killed about 8 Ghanaians during the collation process of the 2020 elections at Techiman South and other places.

Before the 2024 elections, some trained officers with National security had serious problems with these guys because they took no instructions from anyone apart from Sammi Awuku their “boss”

They are very daring and those trained legitimate officers with National security were scared to even speak on their issues because they would have you sacked from National Security

They were recruited by Sammi Awuku for rogue operations and he leases them out to his other friends within the NPP so they serve as bodyguards upon request.

Ernest has relocated to the UK before the 2024 elections.
Double has bought a chieftaincy title around Nsawam because he was told by Sammi Awuku that if the government changes and he moves with a fake chieftaincy title, the new government might hold back coming after him.

He succeeded in moving his children and his wife to the UK in October 2024 few months before the general election.

As for Osei, he cannot read or write so he was loaned as a bodyguard to Akosua Manu who
contested as MP for Adenta but lost woefully.

Osei occasionally also provides security for Former President Kufuor at his house in Aburi and a certain so-called businessman known as Isaac Kofi Boateng aka Kofi Boat who owns a cold store at Tema near L**e oil Police station inside the Timber Market.
