My Pocahontas and John Rolfe in poetry are these two fine poets, collaborating love inks of endless sublime beauty.
I met Author Robert Bradley, fondly known as The Dude,’ when I first joined the poetry world last year, and with baby steps we became acquainted with each other’s work, and so the friendship blossomed. Author Gurjeet, Kour, I met a little later, and was immediately drawn to her flawless beauty that shines through, a wingless angel on earth, filled with love and the enrichment and empowerment of others through her activism.
And thus, in appearance in ink and personality these two exceptional poets are entwined in words like a woven rug of majestical familiarity when they collaborate. The Dude, with his eclectic approach, and the pure femininity of an angel in her classical emotive unique style compose music to the ears of love poetry.
For anyone who has experienced love, Rob and Gurjeet bleed passion with a rhythmical heartbeat, pulsating passion in flawless passion, desire, and longing. And yet, individually, their poetry travels amidst an array of topics. Uniquely different, and stylish, these are two beautiful souls whose versatility and acceptance of others is evident in their writing and their lives.

In early December of 2021 I met a poet from India with a beautiful style of writing. I invited her to be a select member of my international poetry group and we struck up a friendship. We soon after began writing together and we have now produced our first book of poetry, fifty-five poems, “Melodies’ of yearning hearts.” A blending of Indian and American styles from classical prose to an eclectic blend of western cultured metaphors that have an unmistakable musical rhythm as well as spiritual poems. Poetry is both timeless and unique from Eastern and Western influences, but True Love needs no interpretation. I know the reader will feel this love, it can’t be measured in lines or pages; it is timeless and she is my Juliet, and you can call me Romeo, if you must. But we have many more poems and books left and when it’s all said and done… it will have a happy ending. Hope you enjoy our timeless love on full display.
